What is the reason a large number of failures in obtaining refugee status? Begin the process necessary to the recognition of the fact that the direction of immigration itself is almost completely exhausted. And this is due primarily not to growth of democracy in the cis countries and with our fellow discredit themselves in front of the immigration services of civilized countries. Long-term stream of applicants who did not have any grounds for asylum, led to a situation where virtually 100% of applications are rejected because of manifestly unfounded.
